Meditation
Meditation is fundamental to yogic life. It instills peace, stability and awareness into the life of an individual who living with instinctive behaviour. Meditation includes a profound change in both body and mind. It helps one to understand onself, making one transform from instinctive life to intuitive life. Meditation is fundamentally the practice of maintaining consciousness of the present moment. A peaceful mind doesn't wander and so is free from tension, anxiety and accessing the peaceful mind to relieve. Learn from the ancient yogic texts to know the different levels of mind and technique to control the mind.

ASTANGA YOGA
Ashtanga means eight limbs or branches of yoga mentioned in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, of which asana or physical yoga posture is merely one branch, breath or pranayama is another. Both Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois, his grandson, encourage practice of Ashtanga Yoga - all eight limbs.
Learn the ancient techniques of proper breathing through Ashtanga and technique of concentration through Yoga.

Workshop on Surya Namaskar
InSanskrit wordsurya means ‘sun’ and the word namaskarameans ‘worship’ or ‘salutation’. Therefore, tis practice is known as salutation to the sun. Surya namaskar is neither an asana nor a part of traditional yoga, itis a dynamic exercise. It revitalises the whole body, removes all signs of sleep and is excellent for preparing the body and mind so that the maximum benefits can be derived from the subsequent asanas, pranayamas and so on.

Workshop on Shat Kriya(Shatkarmas)
Our body is like earthern pot ‘Ghat’ that should be conditioned by tempering it with the fire of Yoga. The mode of action suggested is Ghatashudhi. Ghatashuddhi is a concept which means not only purification but also fortification of the psyco-physical unit. The body is first to be purified and freed from disease by practicing Shatkarmas. Learn the ancient technique of Shat Kriyas to purify your body freeing it from diseases.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga, one of the six schools of Hinduism.
The Sanskrit word haṭha literally means "force" and thus alludes to a system of physical techniques.
In India, hatha yoga is associated in popular tradition with the 'Yogis'
of the Natha Sampradaya through its mythical founder Matsyendranath.
Hatha Yoga is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
